How do I access the apartment?
Sometimes we meet our guests but most of the time we keep a key safe just outside the apartment door. We will send you the code to access the key safe upon completion of payment and successful ID verification.
Can I check-in earlier?
In some cases we can allow earlier check-in before 3pm if our cleaners have finished early. If you would like to guarantee earlier check-in you can do so for an extra fee if you contact us in advance.
Can I check-out later?
If you would like to check-out later than 10am you can select late check-out on the welcome tablet in the apartment.
Is the parking free?
Yes the property comes with free parking for one car.
Can I have the apartment cleaned during my stay?
If you stay longer than a week we will clean the apartment and provide fresh linen every 7 days inclusive. If you would like cleaning more regularly you can request this through the welcome tablet in the apartment and we will get in touch to organise a date and time convenient.
Is the bedding allergy free?
Most of our bedding is feather free but please let us know in advance if you have an allergy to certain bedding and we will ensure everything is allergy free.
Can you provide a cot or a high chair?
Yes we can make sure there is a travel cot or a high chair (or both) in the apartment upon arrival, you can add this option in the "extras" section when you book with us direct.
Can you organise airport transfers?
Yes we work with a local luxury chauffeur company who only operate using electric powered Teslas that provide both style and comfort. Just let us know your arrival details and we will organise everything.
